Complaints:   Pam Pam Pudding Press will do its best to respond to any complaints within five days.

Payments:   Payments can be made through the website using credit/debit cards. Your details will not be accessible to Pam Pam Pudding Press. PayPal can be used by prior arrangement. Payment is subject to the gateway terms and conditions.

Shipping & Delivery

  1. Delivery, via Royal Mail 2nd Class post.

  2. Next working day dispatch

  3. Postage to Europe, USA/Canada and other overseas addresses is by Royal Mail's International Standard. It is charged at cost.

  4. Both for UK and overseas orders, we will provide proof of posting but any insurance or "signed for" service will be charged at extra cost, and must be requested before purchase. 

Refunds

If, for any reason, we cannot fulfil your order, you will be given a full and unconditional refund.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you are dissatisfied in any way with the product, or the service you have received, we will refund your purchase price in full, provided the book is returned to us within 21 days of receipt, and in unmarked condition. The assessment of "unmarked condition" is at our sole discretion. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of return postage.
